Can I return or exchange an item if I’m not satisfied?
Johnny’s Vintage Motorcycle does not normally accept returns. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Why aren’t returns generally accepted?
The majority of our inventory consists of used and New Old Stock (NOS) vintage parts. Many of these items are 40+ years old and may show signs of age or wear. All parts are carefully inspected prior to listing to accurately represent their condition, but due to their nature, returns are limited.
Do you have a restocking fee?
Any accepted return will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%, excluding shipping and labor costs. Shipping and labor costs are non-refundable.
How can I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us by phone or email and include your order number. All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back.
