If you do not receive your order and the tracking information shows the package as delivered, you must notify Johnny’s Vintage Motorcycle within twenty-one (21) days of the marked delivery date. This allows us to initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier you selected at checkout.
If Available, replacement items will not be shipped until the shipping carrier completes its investigation and grants authorization for a replacement. Investigation timelines vary by carrier and are determined solely by the shipping provider:
• UPS: Typically up to eight (8) business days from the date the claim is opened
• USPS: May take five (5) to ninety (90) business days, depending on domestic or international requirements
• FedEx: Typically twenty-one (21) to twenty-eight (28) business days from the date the claim is opened
Please note that these timelines and decisions are policies of the shipping carriers, not of Johnny’s Vintage Motorcycle. We cannot guarantee that a package will be credited, refunded, or replaced until the carrier’s investigation is fully completed.
