We restored this bike for the customer about 15 years ago from the ground up. He never rode it and we subsequently purchased it from him. This bike was done back when NOS parts were readily available. Front wheel is NOS. Front fender has some slight damage as shown. We installed an extra fuel valve. Transmission has high / low gearing feature. Runs very nice. Everything works. 3412 miles, comes with clean title. Great bike for display. Great to bring along camping, not too loud. We inspected the cases and they appear to be in good shape, except there is some slop on the left crank bearing side. We recommend some epoxy before use. There are some chain marks, as shown. Serial Number KAE-71784 According to this number it fits a 1973 H1 500 Location: Farm -

Please call with needs! Motor SC84E***0632 Frame SC04-2000361 Offering for parts only. Stock airbag, fenders are gooned, tires are rotted out. Kick starter okay, we are getting the points cover and right side cover polished. (not shown in photos). Chain guard pretty good. Intake manifolds are junk, dyna cover has been scratched, seat lock is bad, side covers are okay. Wiring harness must be tested. Seat lock is bad. Still good parts on this bike, and some are interchangeable with the KZ1000. -

KZT00AE 007422 Plug-in motor. Came out of a bike with 15,000 miles on it, which had been sitting a while. No broken fins. Vapor blast, polished aluminum covers, cam chain, clutch bearing, valve set, valve seals, piston ring, cam chain guide, case O-ring, front sprocket lock tab, alternator grommet, stator repair kit, oil level window, cam chain roller rubber, top roller rubber and pin, tachometer gear seal and O-ring, head cover bolt, exchange bolt and screw, cam cover plug, gasket set, Shim exchange and spark plugs. Motor is stuck, missing tank, missing side covers, pipes are rusted through on bottom. Seat pan is rusty with holes. Missing point cover. Missing some airbox parts. No broken fins. Many parts are in common with the 77-78 Kawasaki KZ1000A LTD. Triple clamps would be slightly different offset. Meters, master cylinder and switches aren't too bad. This bike was rescued from the scrap pile. Selling for parts only. No title. 20,444 miles. Motor turns over only 180 degrees--possible bent valve. Throttle is locked up. Seat is in bad shape, as shown. Missing left side cover, Gas tank is missing the key. Motor has been painted, paint is coming off. 6-into-1 header. Head is most likely good, as well as cylinders. Fork tubes are nice, headlight stays and bucket are in solid condition. We are not KZ1300 experts, so we're looking for a new home for this bike. Many hard to find parts.
