Engine turns over nicely and transmission shifts through all gears. Connecting rod feels good. Crank bearings feel as they should. Shifter shaft has been cut, as shown. We have had this seat in our warehouse for many years. This seat has never been mounted, we were told it fits a Honda 90. Not sure of the application. It could use a good clean up, we just wiped off the dirt.
