Bike does run. Seat needs recovered 52,000 miles changed oil, filter and spark plugs. 1000 LTD carbs. No broken fins on cylinder or head. Could be a good motor for another police bike or street bike. Doesn’t smoke, could use some tuning. Tachometer and Speedometer are not working. Runs rough. Transmission is good, has all the gears. Goes into gear nicely, doesn’t seem to smoke. Charging system seems to be over-charging; regulator/rectifier is bad, but it is putting out of the stator, so it probably has a good flywheel. Side covers have tab broken off both right and left. We believe these to be original paint. Gas tank has rust inside. Fairing has the bracket on front and some extra holes where equipment has been mounted. Please give us a call with your needs. Please call with needs! Motor SC84E***0632 Frame SC04-2000361 Offering for parts only. Stock airbag, fenders are gooned, tires are rotted out. Kick starter okay, we are getting the points cover and right side cover polished. (not shown in photos). Chain guard pretty good. Intake manifolds are junk, dyna cover has been scratched, seat lock is bad, side covers are okay. Wiring harness must be tested. Seat lock is bad. Still good parts on this bike, and some are interchangeable with the KZ1000.
