We inspected the cases and they appear to be in good shape, except there is some slop on the left crank bearing side. We recommend some epoxy before use. There are some chain marks, as shown. Serial Number KAE-71784 According to this number it fits a 1973 H1 500 Location: Farm -
Engine turns over nicely and transmission shifts through all gears. Connecting rod feels good. Crank bearings feel as they should. Shifter shaft has been cut, as shown. Motor, ignition, starter included. The bike has been sitting for years, but inside the motor was well preserved, as shown. No broken fins. No damage. Clutch not frozen up.
