Frame # JKAZNBB14FB502477 Eng # KZT10AE024423 We are parting this bike out. It has a couple of issues; under the head by the cam cover has a small crack, as shown. The carbs are off of a KZ1000 J. Exhaust is different, not stock and has no baffle. Brakes in front not bad; rear brakes are locking up. No broken fins. We will separate. Bike has a title. Due to our Ohio weather, it has not been test ridden. New oil, filter, spark plugs. Will run as shown in video. Charging system does not work. This kit is for 77-80 KZ1000A, but will also work on Z1R, KZ1000A LTD or Z1 900. Cylinder head has been fitted with brand new cylinder sleeves from Wiseco. Includes 1015 Kit from Wiseco, piston 1-4, all marked, pistons, rings, pins, and clips, as well as gaskets. This is a bolt-on kit, ready to go. No broken fins on the cylinder. Genuine Kawasaki Z1 900 903 cylinder has been heat-treated powder coated. Comes with complete 1015 kit from Wiseco. This year does not take the center O-ring that the 74-75 take. Each piston is marked their respective cylinders. No 2 pistons are alike. 70mm. We use these kits on all of our restorations. *Optional enhancement, if you would like we can file the black from the edges of the fins to appear as the originals came. -

Please call or email us with your needs. We removed a 1975 Norton Engine from this chopper frame. Girder front fork. Very unique, as the handlebars and fork are one piece. Hallcraft front wheel, we have the guts for it brake cam, etc., but the brake shoes are bad. Barnett handle grip for throttle, octagon oil tank, some chrome is rough. Rear wheel has a special hanger with junction box, not sure if it's original to Norton. Frame is set up perfectly for Norton. Side stand sits nice and level. Chrome is not nice on the control brackets. Brand new tire, but something rubbed on it and chewed it up a little. Nice winter project! Local pickup O.K. Manufactured by ANNY in Japan. Lightweight, made out of titanium. Each pipe weighs only 4 lbs. These are prototype pipes, that have been run for about 500 miles. They produce a very nice sound. Bottom left pipe has a very tiny ding, as shown. See video below as we demonstrate these pipes on a customer’s 76 KZ900. (Bike is not for sale.) These retail for $4,000. Applications: 73-80- Z1 900

Rebuilt carbs, vapor blasted engine cases, polished covers, replaced bolts and hardware, rebuilt brakes, new starter switch, Bator forks, Mulholland shocks, matched powder coated center and side stand, polished breather, foot peg rubbers, center stand stopper, polished chain guard, refurbished gauges.
